As a Pick and Pack Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packaging, and preparation of products and materials for shipment.Working as part of a busy logistics team, you''ll help maintain high standards of safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.Ensure all shipments are processed in line with company procedures and customer requirements.Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping within the warehouse.Support stock accuracy through effective inventory control and system updates.Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational targets and delivery deadlines are achieved.Contribute to a positive, customer-focused working environment.
