Work will include submitting offers, negotiating and concluding missives, examining title, preparing dispositions and standard securities, handling LBTT returns and registering titles with the Registers of Scotland. You''ll be the main point of contact for your clients, guiding them through each stage of the process and building lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral work.
