Reynco Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established Construction Contracting group, who is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their expanding team. The Document Controller will provide administrative support to the Pre-Construction Team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all project-related activities.

Remuneration:

Salary: -30,000 - -40,000 [Depending on Experience] + Bonus, Pension & Additional Benefits
Location: The Wirral

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a document control system to manage all project documentation and ensure that all files are up-to-date and accurate.
• Issuing, tracking, and logging incoming/outgoing drawings, documents and correspondence.
• Edit documentation to ensure that all documents are consistent, accurate, and comply with company standards.
• Supporting project teams with the collation of O&M manuals and As-Built documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a document control, project coordination, site administration or a similar role.
• Familiarity with document control platforms (4Projects, Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint) would be desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
