About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Children''s Residential Support Worker to join our team. You''ll be supporting children and young people aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma, adversity, or disruption in their lives. Your role is to help them feel safe, valued, and empowered to build brighter futures.
As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will provide high-quality care, emotional support, and guidance in a warm, family-style environment.

What You''ll Be Doing
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Providing day-to-day care, including emotional support, routines, and activities
- Supporting children with education, life skills, and personal development
- Managing challenging behaviours using a trauma-informed, child-centred approach
- Acting as a role model-promoting independence, well-being, and positive choices
- Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment


About You
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in the health and social care sector in the UK.
- Previous experience working with children and young people.
- Caring, patient, and emotionally resilient
- Passionate about improving young peoples lives
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- A strong communicator and team player
