Electrical Project Manager

Central London | Permanent | Up to £80,000 per annum + Package

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a well-established M&E Contractor delivering high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Central London

Our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects on time and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team with the appointment of an Electrical Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious commercial developments while progressing your career with a respected and growing contractor.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing electrical works on multiple commercial fit-out projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Managing project programmes, procurement and labour resources.
• Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance.
• Chairing client and site meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Overseeing commissioning, snagging and project handover.
• Liaising closely with mechanical, design and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within Building Services or M&E.
• Strong background delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical building services.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS certification (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
