Management AccountantLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary range: 40k - 50kThe OpportunityAn established and well-regarded organisation operating in a regulated, international environment is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team in London. This role offers broad exposure across management accounting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, making it well suited to a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant looking to build strong commercial and technical experience.You will work closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team, contributing to month-end processes, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple business areas and legal entities.Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany charges.Analyse revenue and cost variances, providing clear insight and commentary.Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Assist with VAT returns, regulatory submissions, and year-end financial statements.Support external audit processes and preparation of audit schedules.Contribute to improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting.Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business and finance stakeholders. About YouNewly qualified or senior part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).Strong grounding in core accounting and month-end processes.Confident working with
