I am recruiting for a Class Teacher (with QTS) for KS1. This is a Primary School and Nursery in the Margate area. Experience in teaching in more than one Key Stage or year group would be desirable. The core responsibilities and expectations include: To consistently and effectively plan lessons and sequences of lessons to meet pupils individual needs To consistently and effectively use a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and classroom management To consistently and effectively use information about prior attainment to set well-grounded expectations for pupils, and monitor progress to give clear and constructive feedback To make an active contribution to the policies and aspirations of the school To contribute to the pastoral care, safety and welfare of all pupils ensuring safeguarding processes are prioritised and always followed To actively engage with parents and pupils to encourage regular and punctual attendance This is paid to scale (M1-M6). There are good transport links to the school. There is no parking on site, but there is plenty of parking available on the road near to the school. This is a Good Rated Ofsted School.
