PROPERTY MANAGER An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a varied role requiring excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in through to tenancy end. Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing professional advice and support. Coordinate maintenance issues, obtaining quotations and instructing contractors where appropriate. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Carry out property inspections and prepare detailed reports. Monitor tenancy renewals and negotiate extensions where required. Manage tenancy check-ins and check-outs, including deposit negotiations where necessary. Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and property regulations.
