Plan efficient manufacturing processesProduce detailed workshop job packs to AS9100 standards for the shop floorProvide hands-on technical support to production teams.Identify, specify, and organise tooling requirements for new parts.Requirements:Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer/ Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer/ Manufacturing Technician/ Production Engineer Experience in Aerospace or other high precision manufacturing is required. Strong understanding of machining processes, manufacturing methods, and materials.Good knowledge of surface treatments and secondary processes.Ability to interpret customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Commutable to Poole.
