Job Title: Multi TraderJob DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering the Kingston area.This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded tradesperson with strong multi-trade skills and experience carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance within residential properties.The successful candidate will be confident working across multiple trades, completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.Undertake general carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating.Complete a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades.Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in residents'' homes.Manage daily workloads effectively and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.RequirementsProven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, ideally within social housing.Strong, well-rounded skills across a range of trades.Ability to carry out a variety of repairs independently and to a good standard.A full UK driving licence.Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused ..... full job details .....
