You will lead a team in delivering high-quality flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling using tools like TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and InfoWorks ICM. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage flood risk projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.- Conduct hydraulic modelling and data analysis to support project delivery.- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.- Engage in business development activities, including tendering and client engagement.- Produce high-quality client-facing reports and presentations.
