The role involves coordinating and supporting the Head of Operations, maintaining ERP data, and tracking order progress to inform operational decisions.The ideal candidate will have GCSEs including English and Maths, experience in an operations/ manufacturing environment, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. This is a permanent, full-time position with standard UK hours.QualificationsGCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths, or relevant practical experience.Previous experience in an operations administration, coordination, manufacturing administration or similar role.Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, OEM or industrial environment.Experience supporting operational, project, procurement or production teams.Experience working with ERP/MRP or business management systems.Good level of written and numerical literacy.Experience with Power Query and/or Power BI would be advantageous.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Operations and supporting functions.Maintain accurate operational, order and delivery information within the ERP/business management system.Monitor aftermarket order progress, key dates and outstanding actions.Support project, procurement and production teams with status updates, trackers, reports and ..... full job details .....
