Salary:              Starting on £13.00 – increasing to £14.50 p/hr 
Shifts:               Monday- Thursday 08:00- 16:45, Fridays 08:00- 13:00
Contract:           Temp- Perm

 
Our client, a local manufacturing company and supplier of soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit a Workshop Assembler to join their busy finishing team.

Working alongside the skilled technicians, you will assist in completing the final assembly stages, to ensure products meet exacting standards.

 
As a Workshop Assembler your duties will be: -

• Operate power tools for specific assembly tasks, including wood and foam cutting.
• Assisting with the upholstering to required specification.
• Assisting with assembly work within the electronics department.
• Move and position products carefully throughout the finishing process.
• Perform quality checks, ensuring high standards are adhered to.
• Ensure work area is always kept clean and tidy and hazard free.

• Previous experience working within a workshop/factory is desirable.
• Ability to operate various power hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work alone and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable with excellent work ethic and excellent time management.
