They are now looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom, working alongside teachers to support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with students, lead small-group interventions, and help pupils build the confidence, skills, and resilience they need to thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who is caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a genuine impact on young people’s education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to help students engage with learning

• Deliver targeted interventions in 1:1 and small-group settings

• Support students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs

• Assist teachers with classroom organisation and resources

• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students

• Have experience working with young people in a school or similar environment

• Be patient, approachable, and supportive

• Have a genuine passion for education and student development

• Be confident in supporting students who need extra guidance

• Work well as part of a collaborative team
