If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in getting things right, and want to build high-quality products for Aerospace and Commercial industries, we''d love to hear from you.What you''ll be doing: Assemble a range of lighting products to a very high standard, following detailed instructions Work in line with Aerospace quality expectations (AS9100 requirements) Support the production process using clear, step-by-step methods Carry out electrical testing to help ensure products meet the required standard Maintain focus on precision, consistency, and quality throughout each shift Work effectively with the team to keep production running smoothly Use computer systems as part of your day-to-day work What you''ll bring: Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is preferable) Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Comfort with computer-based tasks A steady, careful approach to electrical testing Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively Motivation to learn, improve, and contribute in a supportive environment Additional information: Full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of 29,500 per year Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 4:00pm finish on Friday 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus a day off for your birthday Company pension scheme, free ..... full job details .....
