THE ROLE

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary year groups.

• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning during the class teacher''s absence.

• Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school''s policies.

• Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Support pupils'' academic progress, confidence and development.

• Ensure children remain engaged, motivated and supported throughout the school day.

• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning.

WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Previous teaching experience within a primary school setting.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A flexible, proactive and professional approach.

• The ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and colleagues.

• Confidence delivering lessons across different primary year groups.

• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

• Reliability, adaptability and a positive attitude.
