This role will suit an experienced Employment Solicitor who can deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice and operate as a trusted adviser to employer clients across multiple sectors. Advise on TUPE transfers, workforce change projects, and organisational transformation. Draft, review and advise on employment contracts, handbooks, policies, consultancy and secondment agreements. Manage employment litigation risk and advise on tribunal strategy where required. Conduct workplace investigations and advise on trade union and industrial relations matters.
