I am currently working exclusively with a well-established national law firm, seeking a Employment Solicitor - 12M FTC to provide expert employment law support during a period of increased workload. This role will suit an experienced Employment Solicitor who can deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice and operate as a trusted adviser to employer clients across multiple sectors. Job Title: Employment Solicitor - 12M FTCContract: 12 monthsLocation: BirminghamSalary: £70,000 - £86,000 per annum Working Pattern: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day employment law advice to employer clients, including HR and senior management. Support complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures. Advise on TUPE transfers, workforce change projects, and organisational transformation. Draft, review and advise on employment contracts, handbooks, policies, consultancy and secondment agreements. Manage employment litigation risk and advise on tribunal strategy where required. Conduct workplace investigations and advise on trade union and industrial relations matters. Advise on employment-related data protection matters, including DSARs and employee privacy notices. Deliver client training and contribute to business development initiatives.
