Role: Third In Charge / Room Leader at Kids Planet Salford Quays. You will help lead a classroom team, support children’s development, and work within a values-driven nursery environment.What you will do

Lead daily room routines and supervise a team of early years practitioners.Ensure high standards of safeguarding and welfare for all children.Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Collaborate with the nursery manager to plan activities and monitor progress.Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture and staff development.What you need

Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.Excellent understanding of EYFS.Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.Leadership experience within a nursery setting.Ability to work from Monday to Friday and commit to the role requirements.Benefits and conditions
