Customer Service AdvisorBasic Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)Working Hours: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm Monday - Friday Location: High WycombeNew vacancy for a Front of House/CSA/Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre.Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the main purpose of the job is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.Responsibilities of a Front of House/CSA/Customer Service Advisor: Excellent Customer ServiceMulti-tasking and prioritising tasksAttention to detail in all administrationScanning DocumentsBooking in customersLiaising with Parts suppliers and DepartmentReporting to the Site Manager Skills and Qualifications of a Front of House/CSA/Customer Service Advisor: Experience of working in a modern Accident Repair Centre/Bodyshop is Mandatory for this role due to need in the role.Excellent customer service and organisation skillsGood IT skillsExperience of cash credit controlExcellent administrative skillsAbility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to work within a team environment This is a full-time, permanent position for a skilled and courteous Front of House/CSA to earn a Competitive salary together with excellent brand approvals and benefit from company culture where career progression is encouraged.
