As you develop your team and help them solve problems through route-cause analysis, utilising ERP data as part of daily Gemba, you will then be able to progress from focussing on the day-to-day to longer term strategies and sustainable Continuous Improvement. Working with the Production Director you will define the culture and environment on the shop floor in keeping with core values; develop structures, systems (including the basics such as SOPs) and skills in readiness to meet and successfully overcome the challenges as they continue to grow.
