Due to growth on a key contract, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join the on-site team.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical building services systems within a high-end commercial environment. You''ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site while maintaining compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance across the site.Undertake fault-finding, testing, and repair on electrical systems and equipment.Support with mechanical maintenance tasks where required (e.g., AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors).Maintain and monitor critical systems including UPS, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency power.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Complete all site documentation and job reports accurately.Assist with contractor management and site compliance checks.Participate in overtime and out-of-hours work when required.Key
