Joining during a busy period for the fundraising team, you will play an important role in ensuring campaign performance remains strong while helping shape future activity. You will oversee the charity''s face-to-face fundraising agency, monitoring performance, managing financial reporting, supporting training and stewardship activities, and working with internal teams to ensure a positive supporter experience. Alongside this, you will lead a procurement and tender process to appoint a new agency partner, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to evaluate proposals, support financial modelling and oversee the initial onboarding process.
