Quality Inspector (Electronics)

Part Time - 25 hours per week

What you''ll be doing

• Inspecting PCBs, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet drawings and specifications
• Carrying out in-process and patrol inspections across production and test areas
• Checking documentation, certification, and product conformity before release
• Identifying and escalating quality issues via internal reporting systems
• Supporting sign-off for products to be fit for dispatch
• Updating inspection results on ERP systems and raising reject notes where required

What we''re looking for

• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and parts lists
• Understanding of PCB assemblies, wiring, and electro-mechanical products
• Awareness of ESD requirements and quality standards
• Strong IT skills (ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office)
• High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset

Bonus experience

• Soldering skills
• Experience with surface mount / through-hole technology
• Familiarity with inspection or quality roles in electronics manufacturing
