Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team environment.Qualifications
