Electrical Manager Job Overview Managing commercial and industrial electrical installation/refurbishment projects from conception through to completionOverseeing a team of electricians, apprentices, and sub-contractorsActing as the companies NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, reviewing engineers testing certificates, auditing works, and providing trainingRecruitment - overseeing the recruitment of team members for both office and site-based roles, including reviewing CV''s, holding interviews, and onboarding new team membersWorking largely within the public sector, overseeing projects across the education and healthcare sectors Electrical Manager Job Requirements Strong electrical background with proven experience managing commercial electrical installation projects, along with maintenance/testing contracts, both on-site and remotelyExperience within the education, healthcare, or facilities management industries desirableConfident in the NICEIC regulations for electrical compliance, with either currently being or previously holding NICEIC QS statusElectrical qual
