The Role As a Senior Team Leader you will lead a team and be responsible for the safe running of the Manufacturing Facility ensuring efficient production is maintained to the highest quality. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for understanding the production plan requirements and ensuring adherence to it, taking ownership of any issues and seeking an agile response and remedy. You will own the performance measures of your shift and wider team.
