Reporting to the Sous Chef and Chef Manager, as a member of the team you''ll prepping, cook and serving over 1200 meals a day. The meals provided on site are of a fine dining quality, so you''re expected to be conversant with craft skills and creative in design and presentation of the finished product. Furthermore, you''ll also be working
