The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a well-established organisation, delivering responsive repairs within the social housing sector.

This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week) and a mobile role covering Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Stevenage. You will also be required to take part in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
• Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including tiling, basic carpentry, plastering and general repairs
• Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Manage your own workload and work independently
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations

About You

• Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience in multi-trade work
• Previous experience in social housing or a customer-focused environment (desirable)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
