role: MKJ Ignite are proud to be partnering with a well-established and fast-growing premium food challenger brand. Following a strong period of growth over the past 12–18 months, the business is now seeking to appoint to elevate and lead their marketing strategy through their next phase of expansion. With several recent high-profile retail listings secured and a steadily growing D2C presence, this is an exciting time to join the business. Marketing Director
within 12–18 months.Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years Brand Marketing experience, ideally for an omni-channel brand.Experience helping a brand grow from £10m to £30m/40m would be fantastic.Strong experience across multiple marketing channels is important – Trade/Shopper Marketing, CRM, Influencers and Partnerships, Social Media, PR, Events etcThe ability and willingness to be hands on is important – you’ll only have 3 direct reports.Candidates MUST be passionate about Food and ideally have an interest in Cooking.Benefits
