As a Personal Tax Assistant Manager, you''ll manage a varied private client portfolio, oversee compliance assignments and support senior colleagues with tax planning and advisory work. Responsibilities As a Personal Tax Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of private clients and acting as their main point of contact. Preparing and reviewing self assessment tax returns and supporting computations. Ensuring clients understand their tax liabilities, payment dates and compliance obligations. Overseeing portfolio deadlines and coordinating work with colleagues. Advising on routine personal tax matters and identifying opportunities for further planning. Supporting managers and partners with advisory assignments and more complex technical queries. Liaising with HMRC on client matters and assisting with enquiries where required.
