Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council propertiesGood customer service, meeting and greeting tenantsUsing a PDALooking for multi traders with core trade in either Carpentry, Plumbing or Brickwork36 hours per week Monday to FridayBenefits

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance operative or multi skilled operative or multi trade operative or multi trader or carpenter or joiner or UPVC specialist or plumber or plasterer or bricklayer with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Ministry of Defense).
