Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Telford
Salary: Competitive Package + Car
  
This Sales Engineering role would include the opportunity to earn up to around £15,000 bonus each year and would also be allocated a company car giving the total OTE of role to be around £70,000 for the right person!
 
Sales Engineer’s Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of metrology products and services by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct regular field visits across the UK (and occasionally Europe) to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including attending trade shows and using digital channels.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage orders in line with company standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.

  
Skills & Experience Required as a Sales Engineer:

• Proven experience in technical sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Confident in developing customer relationships and understanding specific business needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to continuously improve and support others.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
