Reporting quality, professional judgement and credibility with funders sit at the core of these instructions, which are typically strategic in nature rather than transactional.This role is intended for an experienced Project Monitoring Surveyor seeking autonomy, regional ownership and deeper involvement in lender-led decision making. It will suit those already operating at this level, as well as senior surveyors with the technical strength and ambition to step into a broader Associate Director remit.The RoleYou will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments across the South West from initial due diligence through delivery, providing clear, commercially grounded advice to lenders and project teams.This is a judgement-led position.
