Channel Development ManagerLocation: WatfordSalary: £50,000 - £55,000Working hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hrs a week As a Channel Development Manager, your mission will be to expand our market presence and revenue opportunities! Responsibilities:Identify and engage with international partners focused on certification, accreditation, and sustainable construction products.Develop and execute a green-field channel strategy targeting priority markets.Build and onboard partners using clear commercial frameworks and mutual value propositions.Maintain a structured partner network, including governance and performance tracking.Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Marketing) for successful market execution.Establish onboarding processes and enablement materials for new partners.Drive pipeline generation through partner channels and monitor revenue conversions. Represent the organisation at industry events and international forums.Identify opportunities in sustainability and innovation-led product segments.Provide market insight to inform product and commercial strategies.To thrive in this role, you should bring:Proven experience in business/channel development or partnerships.Experience in international markets and remote market entry strategies.Strong understanding of the construction product ecosystem.Commercial acumen for negotiating win-win partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.A self-starter attitude with a green-field mindset.
