My IT client who provides technology support, managed services and workforce solutions to major organisations operating complex and internationally distributed environments are looking for an accomplished new-business sales leader to build and lead the next phase of their growth across the UK and US. You must have worked this or a similar industry. This is a player-coach role where you will win significant new customers personally while building a team capable of doing the same. You will carry a personal Year 1 target of 3m+ net-new alongside leading a team of approximately 5-7 sales professionals towards a combined 12m+ net-new target. They are looking for someone who enjoys being close to customers and deals: opening relationships, understanding complex customer challenges, shaping solutions, navigating enterprise buying cycles and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
