Project Manager

Location: Suffolk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering works on one of the UK''s largest infrastructure programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of complex geotechnical work packages, managing multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

• Lead the delivery of specialist ground engineering and geotechnical works.
• Coordinate operations, engineering, commercial and procurement teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage programme performance, productivity and project delivery.
• Administer NEC contracts, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks while driving continuous improvement.

We''re looking for candidates with:

• Previous Project Management experience within civil engineering or major infrastructure.
• A strong background in ground engineering, piling, diaphragm walling, soil improvement or related specialist works.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projects.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial awareness.
• SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent).

Experience working on major infrastructure or alliance projects would be advantageous.
