If you re confident with trimming, fitting, bonding and assembling composite parts and want to be part of a growing, quality-driven team we d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Composite Fitter, you will play a key role in producing precision-engineered composite assemblies that meet exacting quality standards. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you ll carry out fitting, shaping, trimming, bonding, and assembly of a wide range of components.You will: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.Trim, shape and fit composite parts using hand and power tools.Bond composite components using adhesives, resins and specialist materials.Assemble parts in the correct sequence to ensure alignment, fit and finish.Conduct visual inspections and identify defects or deviations.Follow established quality procedures and health and safety standards.Work closely with the Fitting Team Lead and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and support continuous improvement.Maintain an organised, safe working area and proper material/tool controls.Accurately record fitting and assembly activities.Take responsibility for continually developing your comp
