This role will be influential in driving many key improvement strands into the business such as operational improvement processes, upgrade to existing equipment, new equipment delivery and commissioning, OpEx cost reduction and quality improvements. You will be expected to effectively define the scope of each project and recognise the project deliverable KPI''s to achieve a successful outcome. Obtaining stakeholder buy-in, manage multiple issues at any time whilst maintaining good momentum and strongly implement the correct level of project governance required. The role will require you to clearly understands the importance of continual risk assessment and risk management whilst guiding your stakeholders to help manage those risks identified.
