Managing an allocated sales ledger and aged debt Proactively collecting outstanding balances by phone, email and customer portals Investigating and resolving invoice and account queries Completing account reconciliations Identifying potential bad debt risks and escalating where appropriate Working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely payment What you''ll need to succeed Previous B2B Credit Control experience Strong cash collection and aged debt management skills Confident communication and negotiation skills Good Excel and reconciliation experience Experience dealing with larger corporate customers Customer billing/payment portal experience would be advantageous What you''ll get in returnThis is a great opportunity to join a growing business where you can make a genuine impact on cashflow and become a key part of the finance team.Salary: £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience + company benefits.
