We are a small, energetic business based in Eltham and are looking for a bubbly, confident Junior Sales Executive / Junior Sales Person to join our friendly team.

This junior sales role is perfect for school leavers, college leavers, or career changers who want to start a career in sales. No previous sales, telesales, or call centre experience is required — we provide first-class sales training in-house.

The Role – Junior Sales / Appointment Setter

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will make telephone calls to book appointments for our Senior Sales Team, helping generate new sales opportunities.

This is a junior, entry-level role with full support and coaching — no hard selling and no prior knowledge needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound telephone calls to potential clients
• Booking appointments for senior sales consultants
• Building confidence and communication skills on the phone
• Updating information on the CRM system
• Working in a small, supportive office environment

Working Hours (Office-Based)

• Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
