Responsibilities include:Accurately reading route cards to match jobs with card details and required board quantitiesSetting up machines according to job specificationsFollowing SOPs precisely (a good level of English is required to understand verbal and written instructions)Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on timeLearning basic machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficientlyHandling boards correctly at all timesPrioritising jobs to maximise efficiency and throughputIdeal candidateExcellent attention to detailStrong focus and work ethicAbility to meet daily production targetsCareful and gentle handling of boardsQuick learner with a willingness to developGood English skills (verbal and written)Flexibility with shifts and overtime (if required)Hard-working team playerA skills matrix progression from Grade A to Grade B is available after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
