Due to expansion, this company is recruiting for a office administrator.This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 2.30. Your new role As Office Administrator, duties include:Interpreting and understanding our client requirements and assisting with their implementation.Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, voicemails etc.)Inputting large amounts of data onto a bespoke IT system.Record keeping and analysis.Maintaining office supplies and orders.
