Sales Engineer

The Role:

Drive the growth of an industrial aftermarket business by identifying new opportunities, developing regional sales strategies, and leading technical sales projects from concept through to completion. You''ll work closely with distributors and MRO customers within sectors such as quarrying, steel and rail, deliver product and application training, and promote value-led solutions through asset improvement programmes and total cost of ownership initiatives.

Requirements:

- Technical sales experience within bearings, linear motion or industrial components

- Experience managing complex distributor relationships

- Strong application engineering knowledge

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Confident using CRM systems and MS Office
