This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident handling a wide range of employee relations matters while providing high-quality support to managers and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislationSupport managers with day-to-day HR queries including absence, performance, conduct, and capability issuesManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboardingAssist in the coordination of recruitment processes and support hiring managers as requiredMaintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and complianceSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projectsProduce HR reports and analyse trends to help drive continuous improvementEnsure all HR processes are delivered efficiently and in line with company valuesAbout YouMinimum 3 years experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR roleStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyConfident handling sensitive information with professionalis
