• OT Rates (1.5x & 2x) + Door-To-Door Travel.

• 37 Hour Week (Mon-Thurs 7:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-3PM)

Position Overview:

As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the
meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will
involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing
on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent,
and socially adept individual who can work both independently and
collaboratively with in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- -Conduct service and maintenance of the company''s products, with a specialization in pumps over 4MW.
- -Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
- -Provide on-site and workshop-based installation and validation services.
- -Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing
- -technical issues promptly and effectively.
- -Deliver on-site training sessions to customers on product usage,
- -maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- -Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company
- -with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

- -Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump industry
- -UK Driving License
- -Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
- -Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
