Morgan McKinley are pleased to be working with a well known business in Bristol recruiting a Finance Manager.This Finance Manager role will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance and support business growth.Responsibilities for this role include:Leading of month end process Preparation of monthly board packs Cashflow forecastingSupporting on budgeting and forecastingOverseeing the day to day financial operationsBusiness partnering with operational and commercial teams Support with the audit process The ideal candidate:ACA/ACCA/CIMA - Ideally with 5 years post qualificationStrong excel userExperience within a private equity Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholdersExperience with supply chain or logistics would be beneficialThe package:Salary - 65,000 to 80,000 DOE Bonus4 days in office / 1 from home Private healthEnhanced annual leave
