About the Role The individual requires 2:1 support due to significant disabilities, complex communication needs, limited awareness of danger, and behaviours that may place herself or others at risk. Working as part of a two-person support team, you will help maintain the individual''s safety and wellbeing while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. The role includes providing close supervision due to Pica (the ingestion of non-food items), supporting emotional regulation, and responding calmly and appropriately during periods of distress.
