Our client is a maintenance and repair business operating in Alfreton and due to expansion they''re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, coordinating quotations and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will play a key part in improving quotation conversion rates, enhancing customer retention and supporting the effective utilisation of operational teams.
