We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy office team on a short-term, one-month assignment. This role would suit someone with good general computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately within a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 4:00pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, scanning, and accurately uploading invoices into the company''s internal system. Full training will be provided on all internal processes and software.

Duties Include

- Identifying and sorting invoices

- Scanning documents into the company''s internal system

- Accurately uploading and filing electronic records

- Checking information for accuracy and completeness

- Maintaining organised digital and paper records

- Supporting the wider administration team as required

- Carrying out general administrative duties
