This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor to play a key role in improving housing conditions, tackling damp, mould and condensation issues, and ensuring residents have access to safe, healthy and well-maintained homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out detailed property inspections, identifying underlying causes of damp and mould, and overseeing effective remedial solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to diagnose damp, mould and condensation issues.Identify root causes of building defects, including structural issues, ventilation problems and moisture ingress.Produce detailed technical reports, specifications and recommendations for remedial works.Oversee contractors and monitor repair works to ensure quality, compliance and timely completion.Ensure compliance with Awaab''s Law, housing standards and relevant health and safety legislation.Maintain accurate inspection records, reports and case management documentation.Liaise with residents, contractors and ..... full job details .....
